Thruput

Thruput For private credit, private funds and real estate

Defined asset rights. Lifecycles you can trace.

We're building asset workflows, from asset terms and holder records to payouts and redemptions.

Extraction desk A scan head rides across the top page of a document stack; each of five fields it reads is marked and sent along a route to its row on a results panel, a check steps down the rows, and the panel reads VERIFIED 5/5. The read page is then filed and the next one begins.
Fig. 1A scan head reads five fields from each page, checks every one, then files the page and starts the next.

01 Platform

Build workflows around every stage your asset needs.

Connect the rights and records behind an asset to its holders, transfers and payouts.

  1. 1.1Rights to start from
  2. 1.2Lifecycle records
  3. 1.3Your asset's context
  4. 1.4Payment workflows

Start from the rights and restrictions attached to the underlying asset

Describe what a holder owns, who may hold it and how it can move. Record the review steps before any asset is issued.

Agent grid An agent fills a table of loan documents field by field: a new batch lands, a read head works down each column writing values, one loan-to-value cell fails its check and is bracketed in red, and after the last column the head re-reads it, the check passes and the count reaches 40 of 40.

Connect issue records, holder registers and distribution instructions

Keep the documents behind each event linked to the asset, its holder records and its terms.

Document export Three sheets on a desk: a table of six quarterly values, a chart page and an export tray. A read head runs down the table and each bar on the chart rises to its row's value as the row is read; the finished page then travels into the tray and the export reads PPTX.

Every asset source, documented and reviewable

Trace each asset field to supporting evidence, with responsibilities and review status recorded alongside it.

Context graph A graph of a firm's sources lies on a round dial around a hub. A question is asked at the hub, a probe walks the edges and lights the five sources that hold the answer, then returns to the hub, and the reading shows five sources cited.

Connect payout instructions to holder records and asset terms

Prepare, approve and reconcile payments against asset terms and holder records.

Connector hub Six data sources stand round a workspace hub, each on a route into a port on the hub's dial, with records flowing in along every route. A record from the front source stops part way, the source turns red and the hub's reading drops from SYNC 6/6 to 5/6; a retry gets through, the red clears and the reading returns to 6/6.

03 Design

What every asset lifecycle needs.

01Define rights before writing a token
An asset token needs a documented claim. Define the issuer, legal structure and holder rights before designing the token.
Asset rightsAsset design principle
02Design every event after issuance
Transfers, payouts and redemptions need clear records and responsibilities. Issuance is the first step.
Asset lifecycleAsset design principle
A documented eligibility policy connects an investor decision to the asset's transfer conditions.
Eligibility and transfer rules
A distribution links an approved amount, a holder record and a reconciliation step.
Distributions and reconciliation
Redemption depends on asset terms. A token alone does not guarantee it.
Redemptions, asset-specific terms
